Hook Kids on Fishing is an effort to introduce kids to responsible fishing.  The majority of the event is geared for an audience who will likely not read this newsletter – hence this Conservation Angler is geared more for the supporting staff of parents, volunteers and partners who want to make a difference in our marine resource’s future.

We’d like to invite you keep in touch with us through our Facebook (FB) page, too. You’ll see pictures of many, if not all, of our HKOF events from across the state, news of upcoming activities and items of interest. LIKE us on Facebook and even you can post a picture, too.   Please comment, ask questions, send us fishing pictures, or inquire about doing a HKOF in your hometown.  Facebook is great way to keep “in the know” and helps with our mission statement of building a new generation of marine stewards. Remember if you are a Facebooker, LIKE and share us with others.

We’d appreciate your help in spreading the awareness for what we do.  We’ll keep it fun.
