Hook Kids on Fishing program is a community event organized by the Anglers for Conservation. This hands-on, conservation-minded fishing program will teach children casting, knot tying, fishing tackle and much more. The Tarpon Springs – Hook Kids on Fishing program will take place at:

        Craig Park Spring Bayou
        City of Tarpon Springs Recreation Division

        Tarpon Springs, FL 34689

The first 80 registered children from ages 6-16 will take home a free rod and reel, but must be accompanied by an adult.  Sponsor support provided by Fish Florida Foundation, Aylesworth’s Fish & Bait, Daiichi Hooks and local volunteers. Registration is mandatory by calling Tarpon Springs Recreation Division at (727) 942-2605, ext. #5.
